How it works

  1. Tell us what you need. Send us your size, the style you like, your colours, and a photo of the room if you have one.
  2. Get a quote and a design proposal. We'll reply within [X] business days with a price, a timeline and colour options.
  3. Approve and we begin. Once you confirm the details and pay [a deposit / in full], your rug goes into production.
  4. Hand-tufted and shipped. Production takes about [X–Y] weeks, then we ship it to your door with tracking.

  • Custom rugs are made just for you and are final sale.
  • Handmade rugs can vary slightly from the stated size and from colour samples.
